Baby Stuff- This week my mother in law came over to help us get the nursery going. We put up the wallpaper, touched up the paint, and hung the doors back on. It is REALLY coming together. With my husband out for the count, especially with his surgery next week, we have been amazed at all of the help being offered to us. We have friends who are willing to put together furniture, friends who helped us finish some projects we had started throughout the house, neighbors who are taking care of our yard (he even came outside and yelled at me for pulling weeds the other day-man we are lucky), and others who have let us know that they will help us with whatever we need. I have said it takes a village...but man, does it ever!
Symptoms- This week was pretty symptom-less for me, other than the fact that I am getting more tired by the minute! I am really glad we only have 9 days left of school (and only 6 1/2 teaching days left for me since I am off 2 1/2 of those days for PD, my husband's surgery, and a doctor's appointment) because the stairs in my building are killing me! I am so tired of walking my class up and down those stairs multiple times a day! These are times I miss middle school when kids had to walk all on their own. :) Baby Stuff- This week my mother in law came over to help us get the nursery going. Best Moment This Week- Besides all of the wonderful help we have been given, the best moment this week was watching my brother graduate from college! He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in only three years! He is going on to the police academy this summer. I am so proud of him!

Congratulations! How exciting it is to be having a little one! I had a baby during my 4th year of teaching and that little guy has changed my life. I stumbled upon your middle school blog and love your idea for the scientist of the month. I tried to download them from the google drive file but it says that the folder is empty. Do you have these files available anywhere else? Thanks!
